Pensions Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pensions Administrator to join our Member Services department within the Pensions Section based in Goole.
Key Responsibilities- Administer the Local Government Pension Scheme with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Understand and apply complex legislation and terminology related to pensions.
- Provide excellent customer service to our members, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong IT skills, including proficiency in our Local Government Pension Scheme administration system and electronic document management system.
- Experience in pension administration, preferably in a local government setting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
