We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, maintaining high standards of quality control, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, undertaking various duties such as quality control, refurbishment, and packaging.
  • Utilize handheld scanners to efficiently manage inventory and track items.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control Refurb Team to ensure all items meet the required standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality control.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
