**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, working closely with our team to pick, pack, and dispatch orders to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and Packing: Use handheld scanners to pick orders and pack items ready for dispatch to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Sort returned product from stores and separate them by I.D. codes.
  • Performance Driven Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manual Handling and Standing: Perform manual handling tasks and stand for long periods of time.

Requirements:

  • Warehouse Experience: Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a warehouse environment, but full training will be provided for those without experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail is essential for this role, as you will be working with a high volume of orders and products.
  • Teamwork: You will be working as part of a team, so excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.
