About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our team as a Transport Planning Graduate. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for supporting the integration of technical workstreams to develop a coherent project delivery strategy on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of project delivery strategies, ensuring key project risks and constraints are identified at the earliest opportunity to inform client decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, including town planning, property, environment, design, and cost estimation.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to inform project development.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Work closely with senior team members to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as Project Management, Transport Planning, or Urban Development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and agile approach to delivering excellence in service.
  • Strong client people skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
