About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate to join our Transport Planning team in the UK. As a Graduate Transport Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the integration of technical workstreams to develop a coherent project delivery strategy on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the integration of technical workstreams, including town planning, property, environment, design, and cost estimation.
  • Develop a coherent project delivery strategy on behalf of our clients.
  • Ensure key project risks and constraints are identified at the earliest opportunity to inform client decision-making.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from across the country through training and development sessions, networking lunches, site visits, and technical training.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2:1 in Project Management, now studying an MSc in Transport Planning, Town Planning, or Urban Development.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Strong client people skills, with the ability to engage with clients in workshops, training sessions, one-to-one meetings, or simply networking.
  • Ability to analyze and summarize information and offer recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to get people to collaborate and reach agreement.
