About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate to join our Transport Planning team in the UK. As a Graduate Transport Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the integration of technical workstreams to develop a coherent project delivery strategy on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the integration of technical workstreams, including town planning, property, environment, design, and cost estimation.
  • Develop a coherent project delivery strategy on behalf of our clients.
  • Ensure key project risks and constraints are identified at the earliest opportunity to inform client decision-making.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from across the country through training and development sessions, networking lunches, site visits, and technical training.
  • Develop a personal development plan with your line manager to support your career growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2:1 in Project Management, now studying an MSc in Transport Planning, Town Planning, or Urban Development.
  • Strong client people skills and the ability to work concurrently on a wide range of built environment projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, with the ability to analyse and summarise information and offer recommendations.
  • A focus on getting things done, meeting deadlines, and targets, and feeling comfortable working with complex numerical and technical language and information.
