Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Post Production Rental Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing equipment bookings, providing expert advice and recommendations to clients, and cultivating meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Equipment Management: Utilize our rental software to plan and book equipment, ensuring seamless logistics and timely delivery.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, offering expert advice and recommendations to meet their unique project requirements.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sales directors, and senior management.
- Business Development: Identify and seize new business opportunities, collaborating with the sales director and technical team to drive growth and success.
- Post Production Experience: A good understanding of post-production processes and workflows, including Avid systems and hardware options.
- Communication Skills: Excellent attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software, such as SalesForce or Zoho.
- Industry Knowledge: A passion for post-production and a good understanding of the industry, including trends and best practices.
