Job Title: Applications Specialist, Pathology Laboratory Diagnostics

We are seeking a highly skilled Applications Specialist to join our team in the Pathology Laboratory Diagnostics department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training to ensure seamless integration of our diagnostic systems.
  • Onboard new customers by engaging with their teams and providing comprehensive launch support.
  • Travel to prospective customer sites, luminary sites, and trade shows to deliver presentations and showcase our products.
  • Provide ongoing application assistance and support to end-users, ensuring they achieve optimal results from our systems.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an application specialist role, preferably with a specialization in haematology, immunology, clinical chemistry, molecular, or life sciences.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to travel throughout southern England, with occasional overnight stays.
