Application Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team at Harrington Starr. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring that their business applications are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Identify and resolve technical issues with business applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows-based environments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Recent graduate with an IT-related degree (Computer Science preferred)
  • Financial based work experience is a benefit
