Fitness Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Fitness Manager to join our team at Wellington Health & Fitness Club. This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent role that offers a great opportunity to grow the business and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and lead the fitness and leisure operations at Wellington Health & Fitness Club.
  • To develop and implement strategies to increase membership numbers and revenue growth.
  • To maintain high standards of customer service and ensure excellent member experience.
  • To work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

This role requires a great personality, drive, and enthusiasm to succeed. You should have a proven track record of managing teams and achieving results in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of the leisure industry and its trends would be beneficial.

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
