Job Title: Electrical Site Operations Manager

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Operations Manager to join our team based in the Thames Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and controlling all electrical site activities to ensure efficient delivery, quality installation, and adherence to health and safety standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical site operations, with experience in supervising site electrical installations, ensuring SHE standards are maintained, and verifying new electrical systems. You will also be responsible for monitoring supply chain performance, reviewing inspection and test plans, attending site inductions and toolbox talks, and supporting commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and control all electrical site activities to ensure efficient delivery and quality installation.
  • Ensure SHE standards are maintained and safe systems of work are being adhered to.
  • Verify new electrical systems and monitor supply chain performance.
  • Review and monitor supplier inspection and test plans.
  • Attend site inductions and toolbox talks.
  • Support commissioning activities where required.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop site delivery programmes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in electrical site operations, preferably as an Electrical Site Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical site operations, including SHE standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
