Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, build programmes, quality control measures, cost management strategies, and health and safety protocols.
- Lead, motivate, and manage site teams, providing performance feedback, conducting team appraisals, and recruiting new talent as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in residential house building, preferably in leadership positions.
- Multiple project delivery experience and possession of a SMSTS qualification.
- Demonstrable knowledge of health and safety best practices and relevant legislation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
