About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Development Manager to join our team in Glasgow, Scotland. As a Senior Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with major grocery retailers, developing and maintaining strong relationships with current retail clients, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new business development and managing/growing client relationships. You will also have excellent presentation abilities to confidently convey information, ideas, and insights across diverse audiences.

With a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the food or FMCG sectors, you will be proficient in using CRM systems and able to work independently, under pressure, and adapt to changing client and market needs.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
