As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests, while also driving innovation and excellence in our bar operations.

About the Role:

  • Lead a high-performing bar team to deliver exceptional service and quality drinks to our guests.
  • Develop and implement innovative drink menus and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create seamless dining and drinking experiences for our guests.
  • Ensure that all bar operations are run efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of bartenders to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Head Bartender or similar role in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Passion for mixology and a deep understanding of spirits, wines, and cocktails.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
