Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a wide range of painting, decorating, and plastering works in occupied homes and buildings, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our clients, prioritizing tasks and managing time to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with other trades to deliver a professional and safe maintenance and repairs service, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards colleagues and clients.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations, using risk assessments, method statements, and PPE as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of works undertaken, including photographic evidence and reports of any difficulties encountered.
Requirements:
- Time served qualification in Painting Decorating & Plastering.
- Full UK Driving License.
- PASMA (desired) or training to be attained.
- 2+ yrs. experience of working in a Property Maintenance environment.
- Ability to work at height.
- Excellent customer service skills.
