Job Summary
Mtjoy Ltd is seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join their team in Fareham. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential repairs and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of painting and decorating repairs in occupied homes, buildings, and empty properties.
- Prepare surfaces, apply emulsion, gloss paint, wallpaper, and artex repairs.
- Communicate effectively with residents and representatives of Fareham Borough Council.
Requirements
- NVQ level 2 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent.
- Full current driving license.
- DBS check required.
- Over 3 years trade experience, ideally in the residential repairs sector.
