Job Summary

Mountjoy Ltd is seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team in Fareham Borough Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality painting and decorating services to residential buildings across the Fareham area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide variety of painting and decorating repairs in occupied homes, buildings, and empty properties.
  • Prepare surfaces, apply paint, and complete other tasks as required.
  • Work effectively with residents, representatives of Fareham BC, and other stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Requirements

  • NVQ level 2 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent.
  • Full current driving license.
  • DBS check required before commencement of role.
  • Over 3 years trade experience, ideally in the residential repairs sector.
