The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hotel Services Assistant at Fulwood Hall Hospital. This role requires flexibility to carry out earlier shift starts and provide cover for additional daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
About the Job
As a Hotel Services Assistant, you will be responsible for food service, maintaining standards of hygiene, and working collaboratively with the team to meet internal and external objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
- Undertake regular audits to ensure the health and safety of all customers and visitors
- Support colleagues and new starters
- Work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Provide exceptional customer service skills
