We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team at We Do Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business stakeholders with insightful commercial reporting and analysis.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a passion for data and a commercial mindset. You will be responsible for managing the financial modeling of sales mixes, developing targets and goals to support business strategy, and collaborating with commercial and sales teams to determine short and long-term goals to deliver cost of sale reductions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business strategy and decision-making
  • Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to determine short and long-term goals and objectives
  • Provide analysis and insights to support business stakeholders in making informed decisions
  • Manage the month-end process of commission actuals and forecasting
  • Oversee the management of staff incentive budgets and ensure policies are being followed
  • Provide regular reporting and dashboards to support day-to-day operations and decision-making
Requirements

We are looking for a well-educated ACCA/CIMA/ACA studier or part-qualified finance professional who is looking to take the next step in an analytical and partnering-focused role. You will have prior experience as a commercially focused management accountant, financial analyst, finance business partner, or within an FP&A/commercial finance function.

You will be ambitious, enjoy working with data, and have a commercial mindset, allied to the people skills to add value to a variety of stakeholders. You will be a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a meaningful impact.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 + bonus and exceptional benefits, full study support is also available. This role is offered on a hybrid basis 3 days per week in office.
