We are seeking an experienced and compassionate clinical team lead to oversee the growth of our dedicated veterinary team in Hinckley. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to shape and guide clinical standards while ensuring exceptional patient care.
Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support a team of veterinarians, nurses, student nurses, and animal care assistants
- Oversee all clinical activities, prioritizing patient welfare and well-being
- Develop treatment protocols and establish clinical standards with the team
- Conduct consultations, diagnostic tests, and procedures with precision and care
- Engage with clients to ensure effective communication and build lasting relationships
- Veterinary degree with current RCVS registration
- Significant experience in veterinary surgery, ideally with leadership roles
- Strong clinical and surgical skills, managing diverse caseloads with ease
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on team development
- Organizational abilities, problem-solving, and a passion for quality patient care
