About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Engineering Team Lead to join our team at Matchtech. As the ideal candidate, you will have strong technical expertise in engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of engineers, designing and implementing efficient engineering processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers to achieve business objectives.
  • Design and implement efficient engineering processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to help them develop their skills and careers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering results through effective leadership and teamwork.
  • Strong technical knowledge in engineering.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

£90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
