As a maintenance engineer team leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of 3 engineers (1 trainee, 2 experienced)
  • Overseeing preventive maintenance, TPM, and machinery optimisation
  • Tracking and improving KPIs like MMTR, MTBF, and machine availability

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 18th Edition Electrical Certificate
  • Electrical Bias (60-70%) and mechanical knowledge (30-40%)
  • PLC programming and fault-finding experience (Siemens & Mitsubishi)
  • Leadership skills with knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
