Duty Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Melia White House Hotel. As a key representative of the hotel and brand, you will be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of all guests during their time with us.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with Head of Departments to update and follow up on the Hotel's Action Plan.
- Provide maximum support to team members in alleviating problems or delays during shifts.
- Conduct daily inspections of hotel facilities and maintain a checklist.
- Ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate operations within outlets and facilitate staff reallocation as needed.
- Support the sales team with VIP site visits and provide a point of contact and escalation point.
- Deputize in the absence of HoD of operational departments to ensure team members are supported.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Hospitality.
- English language proficiency.
- Spanish language proficiency (desirable).
- Knowledge of Hotel Operations.
- Empathy and understanding.
- 29 days holiday including 8 public holidays.
