Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Tarvit ward, Adamson Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the improvement of our health and safety culture.

About the Role: Tarvit ward is a 22-bedded unit, with 4 specialist palliative care beds. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care and support patients with complex needs. Your expertise in rehabilitation, recovery, and adaptation will be invaluable in helping our patients achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritising the needs of our patients and their families.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our health and safety culture, identifying and mitigating risks to patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
