Nurse Practitioner

An exciting role has become available for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a leading care home service based in Scotland. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care staff to provide exceptional care and support to residents
- Develop and implement well-structured care plans and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology
- Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation
- Make informed decisions in a timely manner, utilizing your clinical expertise
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of excellence
- Support and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, ensuring adherence to its guidelines
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of care staff
- Passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting residents and their families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding and application of relevant legislation
- Experience in delivering nursing care in a clinical environment
