Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Holmes Care Group. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team and oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensuring the safe administration of medication in accordance with NMC Standards.
- Conduct continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of residents' needs and wishes.
- Provide excellent nursing care and support to our residents, creating and carrying out treatment plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines.
- Support the Service Manager in promoting high standards of nursing care and ensuring staff and shifts are supervised in a smooth manner.
- Support, guide, teach, and mentor other members of your team.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a current registration with the NMC and have a relevant Nursing qualification. You will also need to demonstrate a compassionate and caring attitude, with adequate knowledge, experience, and a clear understanding of the nursing role and its professional boundaries.
