SPEQ RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Business Partner to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive change, foster skill development, and boost employee engagement. The successful candidate will unlock and expand the talents of our team through continuous evaluation and enhancement of training programs, ensuring they align with the evolving needs of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Strategy: Support the HR team in establishing the learning and development strategy for the site, with defined KPIs that align with site goals.
- Technical Training: Oversee and/or deliver all site-specific technical training, including health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
- Training Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs assessments based on mandatory requirements, individual development goals, and business strategy.
- Apprenticeship Management: Manage apprentice programs from recruitment to progress monitoring and compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years in an L&D role within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Knowledge: Current with L&D trends and best practices.
