About the Role:

This is a full-time position based in Atlanta, GA, USA. As an Expert Plumbing Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing education, training, and technical support across our range of company brands, with a focus on supporting developers, contractors, and key accounts. You will contribute to the sales growth of our products across our customer base, while also working closely with our marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting our products.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Carrying out product site trials to secure new business and auditing existing sites to verify rebate claims.
  • Providing project site support and knowledge across all ranges to maintain and grow sales across our RWC brands.
  • Visiting and maintaining regular contact with RWC specified sites on a 6-8 week rota, where required.
  • Assisting the quality department and sales regions by investigating technical complaints linked to our product portfolio.
  • Supporting installers to ensure technical guidelines and best practices are being followed during installation of our products.
  • Identifying new sites and developments to assist in the division's strategy of creating demand for RWC product brands.
  • Attending exhibitions, seminars, and trade counter mornings to support our independent and national retail accounts.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date SFDC system, logging customer activity and managing cases through our customer record system.
  • Attending technical and sales meetings to discuss strategies and progress.
  • Achieving quarterly objectives agreed with your line manager.
  • Nurturing and developing a pipeline of business through effective project management across the RWC brands.
  • Obtaining and identifying new business opportunities through interaction with new installers and new sites.
  • Supporting our Marketing Team with projects such as creating product-specific case studies.
  • Providing training across the business on our full product range offering.
  • Supporting the New Product Development team with the launch of new products.
  • Ensuring regular contact across the Plumbing & Heating sales team regarding new demand targets and site support.
  • Carrying out toolbox talks and training sessions within colleges.

Required Qualifications/Education:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and heating.
  • Domestic and commercial experience desired.
