Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Bicester Village, a leading luxury shopping destination. As a Graduate Talent Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future leaders of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Graduate Talent Director in planning and implementing rotations for our Rising Executive Programme and Summer Work Experience Programme.
  • Identify high-level business needs, new priorities, and emerging initiatives across the organization.
  • Assist with the recruitment process of our Rising Executives.
  • Coordinate all necessary onboarding processes for candidates.
  • Execute all planned Learning & Development activities throughout the year.
  • Lead the project management of all conference elements, including planning and design, locations, logistics, and venues, and manage the conference planning team to ensure the success of the conference.
  • Be the first point of contact for all candidates within the Programme, including onboarding, check-ins with each candidate and their local line managers, and organizing events, dinners, workshops, etc.

Requirements

  • Experience in program management with senior stakeholders, such as Executive Education, leadership programs for executives, post-graduate development programs, rotational programs for MBAs, etc.
  • Experience working in the US would be a plus.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with precise attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
