Job Title: Fundraising Manager
Job Summary:
The Graduate Project is seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Manager to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to broaden and expand our portfolio of funders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure grants and donations from trusts, foundations, and corporate partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective funders, including high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and foundations.
- Research and identify new funding opportunities, including grants, donations, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop and submit grant proposals, reports, and other fundraising materials.
- Manage and cultivate high-value partnerships, including relationships with major donors and corporate partners.
- Develop and implement a donor stewardship plan to ensure effective communication and engagement with donors.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of securing grants and donations in the range of four to six figures.
- Experience in grant management, including research, writing, and submission of grant proposals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with funders, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve fundraising goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and improve fundraising strategies.
Location: The Graduate Project is a remote-friendly organization, and this role can be based anywhere in the UK.
Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
