About Our Opportunity

We are seeking experienced advisors who are eager to take the next step in their careers. Our Managing Director has over 20 years of experience in the industry and is dedicated to helping you succeed.

We provide full back office support, including marketing and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on what matters most – building your business.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000, depending on your experience and performance. You will also receive a competitive commission split, ensuring that you earn a substantial income based on your hard work.

In addition to your salary, you will have the opportunity to earn extra income by recruiting new clients and growing your business.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be a fully qualified CeMAP/ CII Advisor with a proven track record in the industry. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional results will be crucial to your success.
