We are seeking an experienced SEN Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. As an SEN Specialist, you will provide individualised support to students with complex needs, including Autism, behavioural challenges, sensory processing issues, and communication difficulties.

**The Ideal Candidate:**

  • Dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with children or in Mental Health
  • Ability to work collaboratively with external professionals and psychologists
  • Adaptable and proactive approach to challenging situations

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in Education, Teaching, or Mental Health. You will have the chance to work in a supportive team environment and contribute to the development of students' learning milestones and academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide individualised support to students with complex needs
  • Help students achieve learning milestones and academic goals through a personalised approach
  • Show a calm and adaptable approach to challenging situations

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £83-95 per day (based on experience)
  • A long-term temporary contract with potential for permanent placement
  • Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)
