Exciting Opportunity for an Assistant Proposals Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Assistant Proposals Manager to join our team at The Management Recruitment Group. As a key member of our pre-construction and bid teams, you will play a vital role in shaping winning bids and working on significant construction projects.

With a strong focus on writing skills and a creative flair, you will have the opportunity to engage with key stakeholders, work on large education, residential, blue light, university, and leisure projects, and contribute to the company's growth plans.

As an Assistant Proposals Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and writing high-quality proposals that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for proposal development
  • Ensuring proposals meet the required standards and are submitted on time
  • Providing support to the bid team during the proposal development process

We offer a competitive package, including a £3k car allowance, £500 annual home working allowance, 25 days holiday, birthday leave, and the option to purchase an additional 5 days. Our benefits include 6% business pension contributions, discounted private medical cover, and an attractive bonus scheme.
