Willmott Dixon is a leading construction company that's changing the face of the industry. We're seeking an experienced Assistant Proposals Manager to join our London & East construction business and support our growth strategy.

This is a hybrid role that will challenge you to deliver high-quality proposals that delight our customers. You'll work closely with our win team to develop and implement a winning strategy, ensuring that our proposals are engaging, consistent, and meet the highest standards.

As an Assistant Proposals Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the submission of high-quality proposals that meet customer needs
  • Coordinating proposal content and ensuring timely responses from internal teams
  • Working across multiple projects and supporting multiple teams in the production of quality bids
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project, as well as InDesign and Photoshop
