Job Opportunity: Assistant Proposals Manager

Willmott Dixon is seeking two highly skilled Assistant Proposals Managers to join our London & East construction business. These roles are crucial in supporting our business growth strategy and ensuring our win team secures new projects within the region.

Our main office is located in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, and we deliver projects across multiple sectors in north London, the northern home counties, and East Anglia. This will be a hybrid role, offering a great balance between office and remote work.

As an Assistant Proposals Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the win strategy and coordinating proposal content. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams to create accurate proposal content.
  • Coordinating timely responses for proposal content from relevant teams.
  • Working across multiple projects, supporting multiple teams in producing high-quality bids.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
  • Experience with InDesign and Photoshop.
