We are seeking an experienced Advanced Care Practitioner who possesses an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice and has significant urgent care experience. You will also need to hold a Safeguarding-level 3 qualification or be willing to undertake one.

This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
