Job Title: Data & CRM Executive

Job Description:

**Technical CRM Role for a Global E-commerce Business**

We are expanding our technical CRM team with another Braze expert to support our growing business. As a Technical CRM Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Braze, working closely with the Senior CRM Manager to understand the team's requirements, and collaborating with various teams across the business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Implement and maintain Braze to support business growth
* Work with the Senior CRM Manager to translate business requirements into technical specifications
* Collaborate with Product, Data, and App teams to ensure seamless integration
* Utilize Braze (or similar marketing automation tools) to drive business results
* Leverage HTML/CSS and SQL skills to optimize Braze implementation
* Previous experience in a CRM role is essential
