We are seeking an experienced Regional Compliance Manager to join our team at Recruitment Panda. As a Regional Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure regulatory compliance across multiple sites
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on compliance procedures and policies
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement compliance-related policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics and trends

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably in the elderly care sector
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
