Regional Compliance Manager Job Description

About the Role:

  • As a Regional Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our care homes meet the highest standards of compliance and excellence.
  • You will have a wealth of experience in elderly care management and a proven track record of achieving CQC compliance.
  • You will be a natural leader, able to coach and develop other employees to achieve excellence.
  • You will have a strong understanding of PCS (Person Centred Software) or similar software.
  • You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management.
