We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our prestigious client, a leading dairy sector business in the Midlands.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, successful engineering team with excellent progression available.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
  • Work as part of a team of two, performing a mix of electrical and mechanical repairs
  • Maintenance of filling machines, wrapping machines, inverters, labelling machines, robotics, pneumatic systems, conveyors, motors, PLCs, gearboxes, valves, pumps, and other equipment
  • Aim to maximize performance and reduce production downtime
  • Monitor any malfunctioning equipment and report to site management
  • Machinery installations and facilities maintenance
  • Ensure the site is operating safely at all times
Working Hours

4 on 4 off shift pattern working 8am-8pm

Remuneration

Up to £42,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

Requirements
  • At least 12 months electrical engineering experience
  • Experience from a production/manufacturing/industrial environment preferred
  • Single or Three Phase experience would be an advantage
  • 17th or 18th edition would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An understanding of Health & Safety
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads
