Aerospace Workshop Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Workshop Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Summit Aviation Ltd. The ideal candidate will have general mechanical experience and the ability to identify problems, undertake corrective action, or propose alternative methods/systems to improve output or quality.
About the Role:This is a full-time, permanent position with an estimated salary of £45,000 per annum. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various maintenance and repair work scopes as part of the day-to-day operation in a busy workshop.
Key Responsibilities:- To meet and maintain the standards set by regulatory authorities and the business.
- To ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant manuals.
- To promote a safe working environment and culture conducive to good, efficient maintenance practices.
- To assist with the implementation of company directives and strategies for continued success and growth.
The successful candidate will hold either A Levels, International Baccalaureate, or equivalent Level 3 qualification. Previous experience of working in a busy aircraft engine shop is desirable but not essential.
