About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Capital Investment Project Manager to join our Investment and Sustainability Team within the Asset Management Team at HANOVER (SCOTLAND) HOUSING ASSOCIATION LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for capital investment projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Undertake surveys and prepare information relating to capital investment projects, focusing on building fabric, service installation, and component replacement schemes.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budget preparation and forecasting of expenditures for allocated projects.
  • Coordinate with management and other teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage all projects allocated from the annual budget, which may include the rollout of new systems, replacement of infrastructure, and other capital projects.
  • Assist in implementing Hanover Scotland's Sustainability policy and delivering agreed improvements.
  • Attend residents' meetings and collaborate with the Housing Team to deliver our Fabric First and Happy Customer Strategies.
