Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating neighbourhood care services, working closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure that our customers receive the support they need to live independently.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate neighbourhood care services, working closely with colleagues and external partners
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve tenant satisfaction and retention
- Work collaboratively with the Complex Case team to provide comprehensive support to vulnerable customers
- Conduct regular estate inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
- A salary of approximately £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- 29 days' annual leave, plus Bank Holidays
- A contributory pension scheme and private health care
