About the Role:

This Behaviour Mentor position offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with complex needs.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes positive behaviour and learning.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting students with autism, ADHD, or SEMH in small groups or one-to-one settings.
  • Collaborating with the SEN team to develop individualised plans that meet students' needs.
  • Promoting a positive and respectful culture within the school community.
