Regional Nurse Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Nurse Manager to join our Complex Care team at Superior Healthcare. As a Regional Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and upholding our high-quality care standards for clients with complex needs in Essex.

About the Role

As a Regional Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Obtaining and maintaining CQC registration
  • Acting as the Registered Manager for assigned locations
  • Supervising local teams of Nurse Managers, Field Care Supervisors, and Bookings Coordinators
  • Collaborating closely with the Clinical Operations Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead
  • Upholding high-quality care standards by efficiently recruiting and managing a proficient team of clinical and care professionals
About Us

Superior Healthcare was established in response to our founders' personal experience of caring for a family member with an acquired brain injury. Today, we work as a specialist provider in complex care at home, with a full nurse-led service, providing care for children, young people, and adults with long-term health conditions.

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN
  • Experience in supporting people with complex care needs and requiring enteral feeding, tracheostomy, ventilation, PICC lines, and catheterisation
  • Leadership and managerial experience or working towards a qualification
  • Right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence
