Regional Nurse Manager - Complex Care

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Complex Care team as a Regional Nurse Manager. As a Regional Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and upholding our high-quality care standards for clients with complex needs in Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and maintain CQC registration for assigned locations
  • Act as Registered Manager for assigned locations
  • Supervise local teams of Nurse Managers, Field Care Supervisors, and Bookings Coordinators
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead
  • Recruit and manage a proficient team of clinical and care professionals
  • Uphold high-quality care standards by efficiently managing the team
  • Investigate incidents and safeguarding concerns, ensuring prompt and structured resolution
  • Ensure client care is provided at all times, including working within care packages

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN
  • Experience in supporting people with complex care needs
  • Leadership and managerial experience or working towards a qualification
  • Right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence
