We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Complex Care team as a Regional Nurse Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying for and maintaining CQC location registration, assuming the role and responsibilities of the Registered Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Line management of the Essex team, working closely with the Head of Complex Care and the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Assessing and coaching others to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
- Managing complex care cases, including clients who require ventilation, PEG/PEJ feeding, Tracheostomy, Ventilation, PICC lines, and catheterisation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A valid NMC PIN number.
- Leadership and managerial experience or working towards a qualification.
- Experience of assessing and coaching others.
- Community experience.
- The right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence.
