Primary Teaching Position in Hackney School

A dynamic and innovative KS1 Teacher is required to join our school community in Hackney, East London. This exciting role offers the opportunity to teach and inspire young minds, fostering a love of learning and helping students develop essential skills for their future academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, catering to the needs of students with varying abilities and promoting active learning.
  • Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social, emotional, and academic development among students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, improve student outcomes, and contribute positively to a supportive school community.
  • Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes, while providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area (PGCE or equivalent preferred), demonstrating a strong understanding of the UK curriculum and primary education principles.
  2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of obtaining QTS, showcasing your dedication to teaching and learning.
  3. Experience working with young children in a primary school setting, with a proven track record of supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
  4. Passion for working with children, combined with a commitment to fostering their development and well-being.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing positively to a supportive and inclusive school environment.

  • Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in shaping the educational journey of our students.

Working Arrangements:
