KS1 Curriculum Specialist

Role Overview:
CV-Library is seeking a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our client's team as a Subject Lead. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and be able to deliver engaging lessons to students.
About the Role:
- Plan and deliver effective KS1 lessons, utilizing expertise in subject matter to enhance student learning
- Apply sound behaviour management strategies to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with the Classroom TA to optimize lesson delivery and pupil engagement
- Develop and adapt teaching materials to cater to diverse pupil needs
- Contribute to curriculum development and lead in subject matters
- Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss school developments and initiatives
Requirements:
- Must hold UK-recognised QTS
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
- Experience teaching KS1, preferably with subject lead experience
- A positive and ambitious attitude towards education
- Available for a full-time, long-term position
What We Offer:
Candidate will be working in a 2-form entry Academy Trust school that prioritizes inclusivity and high achievement. Estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
