Your Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students, ensuring their needs are met with care and compassion.
- Work closely on Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) to create a personalized learning experience.
- Build strong, trusting connections with students to inspire confidence and participation.
- Promote inclusion, encouraging students to embrace independence and celebrate their abilities.
- Collaborate with teachers to create a vibrant and engaging classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with additional needs.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Positive references to support your application.
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply).
